Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent), by leaving your data on the website https://emaarcreek.com (including subfolders at all levels) (hereinafter referred to as the Site), as well as by performing other actions to express Consent to the processing of PD, as specified in the Policy for the processing of personal data and Cookies, in accordance with the requirements of the applicable personal data protection legislation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Policy for the processing of personal data and Cookies, posted by the Operator on the Site at the link:

I give specific, objective, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data by DDA REAL ESTATE L.L.C, a private company incorporated under the License No. 1084263, email: info@dda-realestate.com (hereinafter referred to as the Operator),
for the following purposes:
— ensuring compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE);
— communication with the Subject of personal data on the basis of a request for feedback left by him/her on the Website, or providing a response in a messenger (What’s App, Telegram and/or another messenger used by the Personal Data Operator) in response to a message sent by the Subject of personal data to such a messenger, in order to provide information of interest to the Subject of personal data, including, but not limited to, about the Operator’s services and the terms of their provision;
— sending marketing materials and information via email and/or SMS (until unsubscribed from the mailing list);
— registration and regulation of contractual relations between the Personal Data Subject and the Operator;
— implementation of actions permitted by the legislation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and necessary for the interaction of the Operator with the Subject of personal data within the framework of the implementation of the legal relationship existing between them;
— reflection of information in the Operator’s internal databases;
— transfer of personal data to third parties in accordance with agreements concluded with such persons by the Operator, in the manner and under the conditions stipulated by the Policy.

List of personal data for the processing of which consent is given:
— Name;
— Subscriber telephone number;
— Other categories of personal data in case of their processing.

List of actions with personal data for which consent is given:
— the processing of the above personal data will be carried out by means of mixed (automated, non-automated) processing of personal data;
— collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

Method of processing the above personal data
The processing of the above personal data will be carried out through mixed processing of personal data.
I do not establish the categories and list of personal data for the processing of which the Personal Data Subject establishes conditions and prohibitions, as well as the list of established conditions and prohibitions.
I do not establish conditions under which the received personal data may be transferred by the Operator only via its internal network, which provides access to information only for strictly defined employees, or using information and telecommunications networks, or without transferring the received personal data.
This consent to the processing of personal data is valid from the moment it is provided to the Personal Data Operator and for the period established by the Policy, and may be revoked at any time by submitting an application to the Operator in simple written form.
Personal data is destroyed upon the occurrence of the following events:
— Termination of the Operator's activities,
— liquidation of the Operator,
— reorganization of the Operator,
— expiration of the storage period provided for by the Policy,
— revocation by the Subject of personal data (or his representative) of consent to the processing of his personal data, taking into account the achievement of the conditions stipulated by applicable UAE legislation upon achieving the purposes of processing personal data (the Operator will stop processing such personal data within 3 (three) business days, about which a notification will be sent to the Subject of personal data within 10 (ten) business days).
I have been informed of the right to receive information regarding the processing of my personal data in accordance with the applicable UAE data protection legislation.
I have carefully studied this Agreement, all points are clear and understandable to me. I confirm that the consent is specific, informed, objective, conscious and unambiguous.
I am familiar with the Policy adopted by the Operator.
I confirm that I am fully familiar with the content of the Consent, have no objections and give my consent to all actions with my personal data specified in this Consent, I act consciously, of my own free will and in my interests.
